IQVIA is seeking an English native speaker to join our Madrid Production Hub and build a robust panel of doctors for market research studies. You will recruit doctors, engage them, and manage follow-ups to maximize participation while maintaining updated records.

Office-based for the first six months, with hybrid working available thereafter based on performance. Excellent communication, attention to detail and organizational skills are essential in this role within a multinational environment.

Position Purpose

We are recruiting an awesome team of English Native speakers to join us at our Madrid Production Hub office! Diversity is our way of life! Your primary focus will be to build up a solid and stable pool of doctors into a panel. Doctors on the panel need to engage to participate regularly in our market research studies. You will establish a trustful relationship with the participants during recruitment and during follow up conversations about the status of their questionnaires completion. You will maintain the information about the Healthcare Professionals updated and assist them when queries arise. If you want to play a key role in a diverse, dynamic and committed team this could be the role for you!
