DFDS is seeking a Health, Safety & Security Manager to oversee land-based HSS activities across Spain and Morocco, coordinating with the DPA and the Global HSS team. Based across multiple locations, you will translate global safety strategies into practical actions, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

You will champion a proactive safety culture, drive improvements and partner with local leadership to protect people, assets and operations across ship and shore

Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years of HSS experience.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish occupational health and safety legislation.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and hazard identification.
• Port operations, maritime, logistics or warehousing experience is advantageous.
• Experience with audits, compliance management and incident investigations.
• Stakeholder management in complex operational environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the HSS strategy across DFDS operations in Spain and Morocco.
• Promote a safety-first culture across all locations.
• Provide expert advisory to local management on HSS matters.
• Conduct risk assessments and maintain risk registers.
• Coordinate audits, inspections and incident investigations.
• Collaborate with DPA and Marine Standards; manage safety documentation.
