Formación

• Expert in developing HSS policies and procedures.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Design, plan and oversee security operations.
• Manage access control and emergency and self-protection plans.
• Act as the main point of contact and coordinate operations with law enforcement agencies, local authorities and emergency services.
• Lead crisis management, developing contingency plans and coordinating a rapid response to any emergency.
• Manage the security budget, optimising resources and coordinating private security providers.
• Oversee health and safety during critical operational phases, including temporary structures, working at height, logistics and electrical installations.
• Develop protocols to protect all personnel involved.
• Investigate incidents, identify areas for improvement and coordinate safety audits.
• Promote a strong safety culture across operational teams and coordinate the necessary training.
