Job summary

T-Systems Iberia is seeking a Health Program Manager to lead software initiatives in healthcare, working closely with information systems and technical teams to ensure project quality. The role involves leadership of a multidisciplinary team and regular interaction with stakeholders in Barcelona and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience in healthcare software, expertise in agile methods, and fluency in Catalan.

Qualifications

• Solid and testable experience in process analysis and management of technological projects.
• Fluent in Catalan (required for customer interaction).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience taking and analysis requirements; ability to measure progress and ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Take and analyze requirements; proactively suggest strategies to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor, communicate and evaluate project progress; ensure timely delivery of objectives.
