T-Systems Iberia is seeking a Functional Analyst to translate business needs into clear functional requirements for software development. The role focuses on understanding business needs, compiling requirements, and documenting them for the technical team, with responsibilities including UAT participation and ongoing improvement.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Catalan, have 3+ years of experience, and demonstrate strong client-facing and cross-team collaboration capabilities in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Advanced Catalan language skills (spoken and written).
• At least 3 years of experience as a functional analyst.
• Strong communication with clients and with development teams.
• Analytical and synthesis capability.

Responsibilities

• Compile requirements and perform functional analysis and definition.
• Generate clear functional documentation.
• Coordinate with the technical team during implementation.
• Validate and participate in user acceptance tests (UAT) with the customer.
• Provide support and drive continuous improvement.
