Job summary

Vueling Airlines is seeking a senior UI/UX leader to define, lead, and oversee the end-to-end UI/UX research-and-design strategy for the website and digital channels within E-commerce & Ancillaries. You will embed the voice of the user into product decisions, maintain digital consistency, and drive revenue through better digital experiences for Guests.

You will oversee research programs, usability testing, interviews, and cross-functional collaboration between UI designers and UX researchers,

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in design strategy or UX research fields.
Experience defining and implementing a research strategy for product development, from prototyping through to supporting optimisation work.
Proven experience working end-to-end with UI designers and UX researchers to iterate designs based on research recommendations.

Responsibilities

Define and implement UI/UX research strategies and methodologies appropriate to each phase of product development.
Lead user research activities such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, field research and validation exercises.
Oversee collaboration between UI designers and UX researchers to test designs with users and refine them based on findings.
Translate research data into actionable insights, recommendations, and design implications for stakeholders.
Stay up to date with UX trends and embed AI-driven tools and practices into workflows.
