Vueling in Spain seeks a senior leader to define, lead and oversee the end-to-end UI/UX research and design strategy for the website and digital channels within E-commerce & Ancillaries. You will drive user-centred design, manage the product development lifecycle from prototyping to iterative improvements, and align requirements with a low-cost operating model to boost revenue through better experiences.

The role demands at least 5 years in design strategy or UX research, strong collaboration

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or related field.
5+ years in design strategy or UX research.
Experience defining and implementing a research strategy for product development.
Experience collaborating with UI designers and UX researchers end-to-end.

Responsabilités

Define and implement UI/UX research strategies for each phase of product development.
Lead usability testing, interviews, surveys, and field research.
Oversee collaboration between UI designers and UX researchers to test and refine designs.
Translate research data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Infuse AI tools and practices into daily workflows.
Stay updated on UX trends and methodologies.
Define the overall strategy for the UI/UX Research and Design team.
