FUNDACIO INSTITU DE RECERCA EN ENERGIA DE CATALUNYA is seeking a Head of the Professional Development and Training Unit to lead the definition and implementation of the Institute’s employee development, training strategy, labour relations, the Equality Plan, and the HRS4R accreditation. The role requires designing annual HR strategy, promoting well-being, creating development programmes, and coordinating budgets.

Lead the Equality Plan, report HR analytics, and engage with Works Council.

Formación

• Degree in Labour Relations, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced command of MS Office.
• High level of English, Catalan, and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement the annual HR strategy aligned with the Institute’s objectives and HRS4R standards.
• Promote a positive work environment and well-being initiatives.
• Design professional development plans and training programmes.
• Lead the Equality Plan design, implementation, and monitoring; promote LGTBI+ and women in science.
• Report HR data and analytics to support strategic decision‑making.
• Participate in Works Council or management meetings as required.
• Prepare economic and budgetary reports related to personnel costs.
