Jobgether is seeking a Producer / Head of Studio to own the complete game development pipeline for online slots in a remote, international setting. You will lead from concept through certification, launch and post-launch optimisation, shaping a diverse slate for North American markets and licensed content development.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in online slot game production.
• Experience producing online slot content for regulated US markets.
• Experience managing branded or licensed slot game projects.
• Knowledge of slot mechanics and RTP calculations.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary game development teams.
• Familiarity with B2B aggregators and platform partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end production pipeline from concept through launch and post-launch optimisation.
• Shape the studio's game portfolio, identifying themes and mechanics for US markets.
• Lead licensed and branded content production and licensors’ approvals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across designers, artists, engineers and QA.
• Establish production standards, documentation and QA practices.
• Monitor regulatory developments in US/Canada and ensure compliance.
• Recruit, mentor and develop talent as the studio grows.
• Analyse game KPIs to guide creative and production decisions.
• Collaborate with platform providers and partners for distribution.
