Zusammenfassung

RedCore is seeking a Head of Game Development to build and lead a new game development function focused on producing high-quality casino games. You will own the technical direction, stack, and delivery model for a scalable game studio, ensuring production readiness and regulatory compliance.

This senior role requires 7+ years in game development leadership, experience with casino game mechanics, and collaboration with Game Design, Math, Art, QA and Product teams.

Qualifikationen

Proven experience leading a game development team in iGaming or real-time gaming.
Strong understanding of game development architecture and backend integration.
Experience with cross-functional teams including design, art, QA and product.

Aufgaben

Build and lead a new game development function to create high-quality casino games.
Own the technical direction, stack, and delivery model for the game studio.
Establish repeatable production processes and scalable game development practices.
