Zoomo, the world’s leading light electric vehicle platform, is seeking its most senior leader in Spain to own market performance end-to-end. You’ll shape and improve our physical operations (fleet, workshop, retail), lead a hands-on team on the ground, and drive pragmatic growth initiatives (pricing, channels, partnerships) to build demand.

This on-the-ground executive will own Spain’s market outcomes, balancing day-to-day leadership with strategic growth.

Formación

• 5+ years leading frontline operations in fast-paced environments (last-mile, mobility, retail ops, field services, logistics).
• Proven track record improving throughput, quality, cost, availability and customer metrics via hands-on leadership and discipline.
• You have hired and led frontline teams; comfortable with performance management and raising the bar in junior teams.
• Entrepreneurial operator with high ownership mindset who thrives in ambiguous, decentralised international environments, proactively building solutions and driving impact.
• Bias for action and experimentation: identify levers, run tests (pricing/channel changes), measure impact, iterate fast.
• Basic P&L experience: has managed or influenced revenue and cost lines; can budget/forecast and make trade-offs.

Responsabilidades

• Own Spain market performance across ops, growth and P&L with end-to-end accountability.
• Lead a hands-on team on the ground, driving pragmatic growth initiatives (pricing, channels, partnerships).
• Stabilise and scale workshops, fleet logistics, and retail operations while controlling costs.
• Deliver excellent B2B operations (SLA, onboarding, servicing, reporting) with strong focus on B2C growth.
• Hire, coach, and develop a high-accountability frontline leadership team.
