Qida in Barcelona is seeking a Head of Sales Enablement to scale our commercial engine. You will own the transformation levers across training, tooling, conversion, and product playbooks, working closely with Product, Tech and Marketing.

You’ll lead a team, design annual training, sharpen value propositions, optimize CRM workflows, and craft incentive models for General Managers, with a strong emphasis on hands-on execution and rapid impact.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in sales transformation, sales leadership, or commercial excellence roles.
• Proven track record managing and developing B2C commercial teams, ideally in high-velocity phone/telesales environments.
• Hands-on & action-biased with a bias for execution.

Responsabilidades

• Own commercial transformation across training, tooling, conversion, and new product playbooks.
• Design and roll out an annual training plan and coach sales teams.
• Partner with Marketing to sharpen the sales narrative and build commercial proposals.
• Improve CRM workflows, agent tooling, and AI-assisted selling levers.
• Design foundational incentive frameworks for General Managers.
