Jobtailor is seeking a Head of Retail to lead the multi-store strategy across 10 national and international stores. You will drive sales, margins, costs and budget while overseeing the retail P&L.

Formación

• Experience as Head of Retail or multi-store manager overseeing several locations.
• 4+ years managing store teams, ideally across national and international presence.
• Advanced Excel skills with KPI analysis.
• Fluent English for international stores.
• Willingness to travel.
• Experience in opening new stores/expansion is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement the retail stores' commercial strategy.
• Manage sales, margins, costs and budget; oversee P&L for retail.
• Analyze revenue, conversion, ticket size, UPT, traffic and productivity to plan actions.
• Coordinate Area Managers, Store Managers and tienda teams across 10 stores.
• Set targets, review results, and design improvement plans.
• Plan staffing, schedules, incentives, training and development.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality customer experience across stores.
• Oversee visual merchandising, campaigns and product placement.
• Coordinate inventories, replenishment, rotation, discounts and loss prevention.
• Collaborate with buying, product, marketing, HR, logistics and ecommerce.
• Participate in openings, closures, renovations and site selections.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, labor regulations and safety.
• Identify business opportunities and monitor competitors.
• Present results and forecasts to General Management.
• Communicate in English with teams and stakeholders of international stores.
• Travel to stores as business requires.
