Job summary

Safeguard Global is seeking a Head of Product, Connected Experience to own the experiences shared across all applications, including home, user access, and knowledge, plus the integrations linking us to external systems. You will translate product strategy into a prioritized backlog, lead product managers, and ensure delivery against business and customer experience objectives across shared surfaces.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in product.
• Proven track record driving growth and commercial outcomes.
• Experience owning platform, integration, or API products in B2B SaaS.
• Experience setting and holding shared standards across multiple teams.
• Technical fluency to discuss integrations, data flows, and data products.
• Five+ years leading people, across countries/time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own the experiences across the shared surfaces and services between applications.
• Translate platform strategy into a prioritized backlog and align with SVP, Product.
• Ensure delivery on time, quality, and defined done; collaborate with engineering and design leadership.
• Work with sales/marketing/customer success/finance/legal to ensure sellable, supportable, and compliant outcomes.
• Lead teams to identify conflicts between applications early and resolve them.
