Super is seeking an inspiring Head of Product Design - Sports to lead a forward-thinking design team across our sports betting platforms. You will translate business goals and customer needs into design strategies that differentiate products and drive engagement across Europe and beyond.

You will stay hands-on with wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity reviews while mentoring a global team of designers, promoting best practices, accessibility, and data‑driven decision making to improve

Formación

• Leadership experience: 12+ years managing product design teams in complex regulated environments.
• Mastery of design craft with tangible impact on UX and business metrics.
• Strategic and tactical agility to balance vision with delivery.
• Exceptional communication to influence senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on with design tools and systems, plus accessibility and inclusive design.
• Global design experience across markets and regulatory landscapes.
• Data-driven approach to inform design strategies and optimisation.
• Industry knowledge of sports betting features and user behaviours.

Responsabilidades

• Own design strategy and roadmap for sports betting products.
• Lead creation of intuitive interfaces and user journeys with iterative testing.
• Mentor and develop a high-calibre design team.
