EnnovationHUB in Barcelona is seeking an Analytics Head of Performance Marketing to mentor and lead a small team focused on Google Ads and Meta Ads. You will have a business view on profitability metrics and ensure profits grow before revenue margins shrink.

You will manage a yearly budget of about 3 million USD across markets (US, UK, EU) and work with the co-founder to adapt the marketing strategy. A hands-on leader with strong analytics, PPC expertise, and experience using ClickUp and Google

Formación

• Demonstrable +2 years hands-on Google Paid Search experience.
• Demonstrable +1 year experience in Meta Ads.
• Proven track record in managing a small marketing team.
• Hands-on approach to workload.
• Understanding of media metrics and business KPIs in e-commerce context.
• Numerical skills with Google Sheets.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, mentor, and grow a performance marketing team of up to 4 people (2 for Meta Ads; 2 for Google Ads).
• Manage a yearly budget of ±3 million USD across Google Ads and Meta Ads in US, UK, and EU.
• Adapt and execute the company’s marketing strategy.
• Work structured with ClickUp for project management.
• Hands-on work with Google Ads and Meta Ads; analyze costs and performance.
• Monitor and improve campaign performance and report findings.
• Identify complex challenges and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
• Track industry trends for opportunities to apply to the business.
