Job summary

Pillar is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own Google Ads end-to-end, boosting qualified pipeline while driving performance across Europe. You’ll work with cross-functional teams including Brand, SDRs, and sales, and collaborate with a frontend developer on landing pages.

Required are native Italian and fluent English, plus 3–5 years in Google Ads management. Location options include Barcelona or Milan; salary is €30,000–€40,000 gross annually.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on Google Ads management (in-house or agency) with data-driven approach.
• Experience in lead generation with a sales team in B2B/B2B2C/considered-purchase B2C.
• Practical experience with offline conversions or enhanced conversions for leads integrated with a CRM.
• Strong knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager; comfortable with performance data.
• Native-level Italian and fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Own Google Ads end-to-end: Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
• Translate conversion data into growth: connect ads to downstream conversions and lead tracking.
• Identify demand opportunities around regulatory changes and industry events.
• Build and optimize funnels with landing pages, tracking, and conversion paths.
• Scale across markets; manage the Spanish account and support regional playbooks.
