Job summary

Maisa is seeking its first in-house HR expert to shape how we work together as we scale. You will partner with the leadership team and VPs to translate policies into practical playbooks, guidelines, and processes that support rapid growth while protecting the workforce.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Spanish labour law and employment contracts.
• Proven employee relations and mediation experience in fast growth.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Own leadership partnership and employee relations across the org.
• Manage onboarding for Spain and international hires, from offer to day one.
• Oversee contract changes, leaves of absence, benefits and offboarding.
• Audit and maintain the policy library, ensure accessibility and compliance.
• Design and implement time, wellbeing, and remote/hub policy across time zones.
