team.blue is seeking a Head of HR Insights & Analytics to build the people analytics capability across 17 countries. You will turn disparate HR data into clear, actionable insights for divisions and the CHRO, bridging data teams with business leaders.

You will design the group-wide data framework, lead data quality remediation in HiBob, and develop dashboards for heads of HR and CEOs. The role requires hands-on data work and strategic influencing across geography.

Formación

• 5–7 years of experience in people analytics, HR reporting, or workforce intelligence - ideally in a complex, multi-country or multi-entity environment.
• Proven track record of building HR analytics capabilities from an early stage.
• Experience working with HiBob or similar HRIS platforms; familiarity with engagement survey tools (Culture Amp preferred) and ATS platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Build the foundations: design and own the group-wide HR data and reporting framework across divisions and countries.
• Lead remediation of HiBob data quality and ensure clean input at source.
• Define and implement mandatory reporting standards (headcount, attrition, vacancies, cost to plan, payroll accuracy).
• Work with HR Systems and IT to configure HiBob, Teamtailor, Culture Amp and other systems for reliable analytics.
