Job summary

Eucalyptus is seeking an Operations Lead in Spain to take the new Spanish market from its first patients to a reliable, scalable service. You will run day-to-day operations across Prescriber, Medical Support and Patient Experience, and own the pharmacy partnership and cost controls.

You will build SOPs, lead a growing local team, and work with Clinical Governance and Legal to ensure compliant, high‑quality patient care. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years carrying real operational accountability.
• Launched a new market or service, or scaled a complex customer-facing operation.
• Hands-on problem solver who can design systems and work alongside frontline teams.
• Experience hiring, developing and leading teams with measurable performance.
• Strong analytical skills using SQL or BI tools to forecast capacity and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own patient operations: manage onboarding, consultations and ongoing support, ensuring smooth handovers to partner pharmacies.
• Lead the local team: set priorities, allocate work, hire, coach and plan staffing as demand grows.
• Manage pharmacy partnerships: run launch reviews and scorecard-based assessments of handovers, dispatch, delivery and response times.
• Build the operating system: create SOPs and a Spanish knowledge base; track quality, turnaround, retention and cost to serve.
• Scale with governance: turn approved requirements into auditable processes; manage incidents, escalations and safe growth.
