Job summary

Eucalyptus is seeking an Operations Lead for Spain to take the business from its first patients to a reliable, scalable service. You will manage day-to-day operations across Prescriber, Medical Support and Patient Experience, and own the partnership with pharmacies.

You will design systems, hire and coach a local team, and work hands-on with frontline staff to resolve issues. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with experience in high-growth environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years carrying real operational accountability in a scale-up or high-growth environment.
• Launched a new market or service or scaled a complex customer-facing operation.
• Hands-on operator who can investigate, design and implement workflows and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own patient operations: oversee onboarding, consultations and ongoing support, coordinating with partner pharmacies.
• Lead the local team: set priorities, allocate work, hire, coach and plan staffing as demand grows.
• Run the pharmacy partnership: act as day-to-day ops contact, run launch reviews and track KPIs.
• Build the operating system: create SOPs, training and a Spanish-language knowledge base; monitor service quality and cost to serve.
• Scale responsibly: ensure governance, incidents are documented and resolved, and growth remains safe.
