• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience implementing them at scale.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop project management talent.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Experience with project portfolio management and advanced project management tools.
• Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working effectively in a fully remote setting.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish proficiency is a strong asset.
