FinTech Innovator is seeking a seasoned Lead Project Manager to drive the development and execution of its most strategic product initiatives. You will lead a team of PMs and work with engineering, product, and design to deliver cutting-edge financial solutions to a global market.

In this role you will shape project scope, manage risks, and champion PM excellence in a remote-first environment. English fluency is required; Spanish is a plus, and a strong track record in FinTech is highly

Competenze

Master's degree in Business, Finance, CS, or related field.
10+ years in project management, 5+ in leadership; FinTech preferred.
Experience managing complex cross-functional technology projects.
Deep understanding of Agile and scaling implementations.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
Proven mentoring and talent development capabilities.
Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Experience with project portfolio management and project tools.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and remote-work capable.
Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.
