Surge Crew is seeking an experienced Stewardess to join a 75m private/charter motor yacht with a remarkable worldwide itinerary. The role offers 75 days of structured leave, full medical insurance, and two paid flights per year as part of a comprehensive package.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years’ yachting experience, exceptional housekeeping and laundry skills, a B1/B2 visa, STCW and ENG1, and be mature, reliable, and adaptable to a dynamic cruising programme.

Surge Crew is looking for an experienced Stewardess to join a 75m private/charter motor yacht with a fantastic worldwide itinerary ahead.

The yacht is embarking on a world tour, with an exciting programme taking the crew through the Caribbean, Pacific and up to Alaska. The owners enjoy involving the crew in excursions along the way, making this a particularly exciting opportunity for someone looking to combine a long-term position with an adventurous cruising programme.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of two years’ experience on busy, well-run yachts, with particularly strong housekeeping and laundry skills. You should be mature, reliable and focused on your responsibilities, while remaining flexible and comfortable adapting to quickly changing plans.

The yacht has good crew longevity and a friendly, active and social crew environment. The successful candidate should enjoy being part of the team and getting involved in crew activities while maintaining a professional approach onboard.
