Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant senior sales leadership experience within contact centre, customer acquisition, retention, or customer sales environments.
• Proven success managing large-scale, multi-channel sales operations.
• Experience leading teams across multiple markets, regions, or countries.
• Strong track record of delivering sustained growth in sales performance, conversion, and retention.
• Experience managing outsourced partners and BPO relationships.
• Experience operating in regulated environments with compliance and customer outcomes focus.
