MKS PAMP GROUP seeks a senior DTC leader to own PAMP.com strategy, roadmap and P&L, spanning website and app from platform to customer. The role partners with Bullion International Group for technical delivery and collaborates with regional teams to implement region-specific solutions.

You will define the brand standards, customer experience, and a data-driven performance framework, overseeing digital marketing, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and margin while ensuring compliance and governance across roll-out

Formación

• Master's degree in Marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
• 15+ years in senior ecommerce / DTC leadership across multiple markets.
• Experience delivering brand-first transactional capabilities on web and app through tech teams.
• Experience in high-value, trust-sensitive categories (bullion, luxury) with secure fulfilment.
• Strong digital marketing and SEO track record with cross-entity financial modeling.
• AI-forward with experience applying AI tools to commerce and CX.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) strategy for PAMP.com and the phased rollout.
• Develop the market-entry plan: UAE/GCC first, then Europe 2027, then North America.
• Set brand standards for PAMP.com and provide final go-live sign-off.
• Own the end-to-end customer experience across web and app, including Veriscan integration.
• Define the digital marketing and SEO structure and oversee paid/owned/earned media.
• Own commercial performance metrics and monthly KPI reporting cadence.
• Coordinate Group delivery across BIG, marketing, and regional teams.
