BidMachine is seeking an experienced Head of Product Engineering to own the technical and product vision for the UA DSP, unifying data science, data engineering, analytics, BI, and backend engineering into a single coherent product roadmap.

You will lead a ~20-person team, sit above DS, and collaborate with GTM and Sales to translate market opportunities into feasible technical solutions, while steering the shift from managed-service to self-service tooling.

Formación

• 10+ years in software engineering with DSP/RTB experience.
• 5+ years in senior leadership across engineering and product.
• Strong ML and data science understanding to guide a DS org.
• Solid data engineering, analytics, and BI grounding.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Engineering, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end technical and product roadmap for UA DSP.
• Unify DS, DE, analytics, BI and backend engineering into one product function.
• Lead and mentor a ~20-person team across engineering, DS, analytics.
• Collaborate with Go-to-Market and Sales to align market needs with tech.
• Drive transition from managed-service to self-service tooling for advertisers.
• Infuse engineering rigor and product mindset; guide direction and priorities.
• Move from direction-setting to owning and defending product strategy.
