BidMachine Exchange is seeking an experienced Head of Product Engineering to own the technical and product vision of our UA DSP. You will unify DS/DE/BI and our bidding/prediction stack into a single roadmap, leading a ~20-person team and collaborating with GTM and Sales to translate opportunities into feasible technical solutions.

• 10+ years of software engineering experience in DSP or real‑time bidding.
• 5+ years in a senior engineering or product leadership role, overseeing 15–20+ engineers.
• Strong machine learning and data science knowledge to credibly guide a DS org.
• Solid grounding in data engineering, analytics, and BI.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Excellent stakeholder management in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
• Advanced Business English skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Barcelona.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end technical and product roadmap for the UA DSP from bidding to reporting/BI.
• Unify DS, DE, analytics, BI, and backend engineering into one product function with aligned decisions.
• Lead and grow a team of ~20 across engineering, data science and analytics.
• Partner with Go‑to‑Market and Sales to translate market opportunities into technical feasibility.
• Drive the transition from managed-service to self-service tooling for advertisers.
• Impart engineering rigor and a product mindset across the team.
• Move from collaborative to independent ownership of product strategy.
