BLP is seeking a product leader to own the strategy and execution for a key area of the BLP Platform in Madrid. You will partner with engineering, sales and executives to decide what to build, in what order, and why, while discovering user needs and validating decisions with evidence.

You will shape the product strategy in collaboration with leadership, define the operating rhythm, and drive decisions that balance customer value with business goals across a growing, empowered team.

Formación

• Track record of shipping enterprise B2B software that customers actually adopted.
• Entrepreneurial judgment. Comfortable operating with incomplete information, choosing a direction, and owning the result.
• Experienced in product discovery.
• Can hold a position with engineers, with sales, and with executives, and can say no in a way that keeps the relationship.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product decisions for your team's area of the BLP Platform: what gets built, in what order, and why.
• Shape the product strategy for your area, in partnership with product leadership and domain experts.
• Lead discovery: deeply understand users and customers to guide decisions with evidence.
• Define the operating rhythm and intake processes as the product organization scales.
• Collaborate with stream-aligned teams, SATs, platform teams, and customers.
