Content Square is seeking a Product Data Analytics Senior Manager to lead a small team of analysts within Product Insights, turning data into strategic product decisions.

You will partner with the SVP of Product to shape the roadmap and ensure data-driven decisions guide product strategy across cross-functional teams, delivering timely insights that influence growth.

You will mentor analysts, drive OKRs, and visualize complex data for non-technical stakeholders to support scalable product impact.

Formación

• Proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization.
• Experience with SQL, DBT, Excel, Tableau or similar tools.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for broad audiences.
• Strong communication skills and cross‑functional collaboration experience.
• Experience managing data analysts or product analysts, with strategic alignment.
• Understanding of business strategy and how data insights support goals.
• Prior data analyst experience; degree in business or engineering recommended (not mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop three analysts, setting clear OKRs and high‑impact projects
• Direct complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders across engineering, data ingestion, and business teams
• Advise the Product SVP on analyses and monitoring to address knowledge gaps and impact
• Collaborate with product researchers and Directors/VPs to drive insight‑driven decisions
• Ensure data empowerment across product lines and train teams to leverage data insights independently
• Communicate findings clearly to non‑technical stakeholders and influence product strategy
