LETMINO is seeking a Head of BI & Data Engineering to lead data strategy, infrastructure, and analytics. You will shape the data roadmap, ensure scalable architecture, and drive executive-level insights across the organization.

The role requires 6+ years in data analytics/engineering with leadership experience, strong SQL/Python skills, and experience with AWS or Google Cloud. Madrid-based with semi-remote collaboration, offering flexible work arrangements.

Formación

• 6+ years in data analytics and data engineering, with 2–3 years leading data teams.
• Strategic and analytical vision; align data initiatives with business outcomes.
• Proficient in SQL and Python; hands-on work expected.
• Cloud data warehousing and ETL/ELT in AWS and/or Google Cloud.
• Strong data storytelling for executives and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Based in Madrid or nearby with semi-remote collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts and data engineers, fostering continuous learning and excellence.
• Executive Decision Support: translate complex data into high-impact reports and insights for strategic decisions.
• Data Governance & Metric Consistency: ensure data integrity and alignment of key metrics.
• Data pipelines, Architecture & Efficiency: define scalable, efficient data frameworks and IaC across pipelines.
• Advanced Data Engineering Supervision: oversee ETL/ELT designs and data models in AWS/Google Cloud.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: partner with business, product, and engineering to align data with platform KPIs.
