Fayara is seeking a senior leader for the BI and Analytics function in Madrid. This role entails leading a team and shaping the future data architecture while focusing on improving reporting capabilities and modernizing the data platform.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading BI teams, strong Power BI and SQL expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The position offers a hybrid work model with competitive compensation.

Formación

• Several years of experience leading BI, Analytics, or Data teams.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, including data modeling and performance optimization.
• Good understanding of ETL/ELT processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the BI and Analytics function and support the existing team.
• Shape the BI roadmap and modernize the data platform.
• Work closely with leadership to implement architectural decisions.
