Datacenter People is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to lead new business across Spain, Italy and Southern Europe from Madrid. You will build a robust pipeline, nurture key data center operator relationships, and drive adoption of DCIM software with Pre-Sales and Product teams.

The role emphasizes autonomous regional ownership, strategic engagement with consultants and end users, and a track record of closing enterprise software deals in the DCIM space.

Formación

• Experience selling into the data center market.
• New logo acquisition and business development experience.
• Established network across Southern European data center ecosystem.
• Experience selling enterprise software, DCIM, networking infrastructure or related tech.
• Fluent Spanish and English; Italian would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business opportunities across Spain, Italy and Southern Europe.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting.
• Develop relationships with data center operators, consultants, contractors and end users.
• Identify opportunities with system integrators and channel partners.
• Manage opportunities from engagement through to contract award.
• Deliver commercial presentations and solution positioning to prospects.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Product teams on proposals and demonstrations.
• Maintain forecasting and CRM pipeline management.
• Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to support product strategy.
