Cheil Spain, an integrated marketing and advertising agency, seeks an Operations Lead to oversee the Samsung Europe account. You will manage a cross-functional team delivering high-volume creative assets across Europe, balancing hands-on leadership with strategic process optimization.

You will lead workflows, capacity planning, and resource allocation, ensuring quality, on-time delivery and strong client collaboration in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Proven experience leading creative operations and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong project management background and capacity planning.
• Solid understanding of visual design, video production workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with Jira and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a multidisciplinary team, providing hands-on support during periods of high demand.
• Review and assess incoming client requests, identifying requirements, priorities, dependencies and potential risks.
• Define clear workflows, production steps, responsibilities and delivery timelines for each project.
• Monitor team capacity and workloads, reallocating tasks and resources according to priorities, deadlines and individual expertise.
• Coordinate the different production areas to ensure a smooth workflow from briefing to final delivery.
• Anticipate peaks and bottlenecks and take proactive action to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Push the team for creative excellence and ensure deliverables meet client expectations, brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Maintain clear communication with the client, internal stakeholders and production teams.
• Continuously review and improve processes, tools and ways of working to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Foster a collaborative environment based on accountability, flexibility and shared ownership.
