Job summary

Syngenta Group seeks a Head Corporate Data & Analytics to lead the Corporate Function Enterprise Data Hub within the Databricks Data Mesh, delivering data products, analytics and AI solutions at scale.

You will guide strategy, governance and platform standards while migrating legacy data products and building a high-performing data team across functions to enable trusted data for business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, data science, engineering, information systems or related field.
• Deep knowledge of data architecture, data engineering, analytics and cloud platforms.
• Experience with Databricks, data mesh concepts and governance controls.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex topics to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, roadmap and delivery of the Corporate Function Enterprise Data Hub.
• Own end-to-end data product lifecycle and governance for enterprise data mesh.
• Deliver analytics, ML/AI solutions and migrate legacy data products to the mesh.
• Build and coach a multidisciplinary data team and partner with key functions.
