Nexthink in Madrid is seeking a Data Analytics Lead to own the analytical and semantic layer of Product Intelligence, defining what our data means, ensuring trust, and turning insights into decisions. You will work with Product Management and Engineering to define telemetry and success metrics, surfacing opportunities across the business.

This is a senior IC role owning data quality, cataloging, and governance, collaborating with engineering to deliver pipelines and AI-ready definitions.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics or BI roles with autonomous work
• Strong SQL skills and ability to work with large, multi-source data
• Proven experience delivering product-led insights and influencing decisions
• Excellent communication, with ability to present to executives and stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Translate product usage data into product-led insights to drive revenue and retention
• Define success metrics and ensure consistent understanding across teams
• Own semantic definitions, data cataloging, and governance for the analytics layer
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to define telemetry and data requirements
• Present regular insights and recommendations to senior leadership
