• Law degree or equivalent legal qualification required.
• Minimum 6 years in legal compliance or regulatory affairs.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, AML, and anti-bribery laws.
• Experience conducting audits and risk assessments.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs and policies across the organization.
• Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, AML, sanctions) and assess their impact on the company's operations.
• Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and audits to identify potential areas of non-compliance.
• Design and deliver compliance training programs for employees at all levels.
• Investigate potential compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors as required.
• Advise management on compliance strategies and best practices.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and cybersecurity standards.
