COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a Head Chef for a high-volume Barcelona restaurant. You will own the kitchen, lead a passionate team, and drive excellence in food quality, service, and hospitality.

You will manage prep, ordering, costing, stock control and compliance, while inspiring your team to deliver exceptional dishes and memories for guests. Experience with open fire cooking and premium ingredients is essential.

Formación

• Experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef.
• Passion for outstanding food and leadership.
• Experience in high-volume, premium kitchens.
• Strong stock, GP and labour control knowledge.
• Deep understanding of food safety and allergens.
