Opella seeks a Senior ERP Finance Functional Lead to guide the SAP S/4HANA rollout across multiple countries and to harmonize global Finance processes within the ERP landscape. You will connect Finance stakeholders, digital teams and project leaders, shaping scalable functional solutions and supporting delivery from design to go-live.

Formación

• Experience leading or contributing to SAP Finance and ERP transformation programmes, ideally within complex, international organisations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance processes, including financial reporting, controlling, treasury, tax, and core record-to-report activities.
• Deep knowledge of SAP Finance solutions, including SAP S/4HANA and related Finance capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively across business, technology, and leadership teams, influencing stakeholders and driving alignment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
• Self-directed and comfortable taking ownership of initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent in English.

• Contribute to governance, decision-making, and continuous improvement of the Finance ERP landscape.

Main responsibilities
