K-LAGAN, an international strategic technology services company, is seeking a specialist to lead hardware changes and validation, ensuring client requirements and quality standards are met throughout projects.

You will manage PCN/PCR changes, assess risks, oversee EMC/regulatory testing, and present results to clients, serving as the technical reference on assignments.

Formación

• Education: Electronics, Electrical, or Telecommunications Engineering.
• Experience: Engineering change management, schematic design, and laboratory validation.
• Technical Knowledge: Simulation tools, EMC regulations, and lab instrumentation (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc.).
• Languages: Ability to defend technical reports and negotiate changes with international clients (fluent English).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical implementation of changes (PCN/PCR) and ensure hardware integrity through rigorous validation processes.
• Implement and coordinate changes from suppliers (PCN) and client change requests (PCR) through the official change management process.
• Ensure strict compliance with technical and regulatory requirements defined by the client at every project phase.
• Review critical technical documentation, including simulations and Worst-Case Analysis (WCA), to ensure design robustness.
• Present and defend design results and validation tests directly to the client, acting as the technical reference.
• Design and implement the hardware verification plan for each project and execute module-level verification tests.
• Coordinate external validation by supporting tests in official laboratories for certifications (EMC, regulatory standards).

Position Mission

Lead the technical implementation of changes (PCN/PCR) and ensure hardware integrity through rigorous validation processes, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards and specific client requirements at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Change Management and Compliance Implement and coordinate changes from suppliers (PCN) and client change requests (PCR) through the official change management process.
• Ensure strict compliance with technical and regulatory requirements defined by the client at every project phase.
• Release and manage new versions of hardware schematics, ensuring traceability of modifications.
• Technical Design and AnalysisPrepare and supervise risk assessments associated with any proposed technical changes.
• Review critical technical documentation, including simulations and Worst-Case Analysis (WCA), to ensure design robustness.
• Present and defend design results and validation tests directly to the client, acting as the technical reference.
• Hardware Validation (Testing)Design and implement the hardware verification plan for each project.
• Execute module-level verification tests, ensuring each component meets design specifications.
• Coordinate external validation by supporting tests in official laboratories for certifications:
• Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC)
• Regulatory and standards certifications

• Experience: Engineering change management, schematic design, and laboratory validation.
