Baker Hughes busca un Project Manager para liderar el diseño, desarrollo e implementación de soluciones de manipulación de materiales automatizadas para clientes industriales. La función combina gestión de proyectos, ingeniería y coordinación con el cliente, desde RFQ hasta puesta en marcha, asegurando presupuesto, calidad y plazos.

Se requiere título en Ingeniería (Mecánica/Eléctrica/Industrial o afín), experiencia en automatización y manejo de proyectos internacionales, y dominio de inglés y

As a **Software Project Management Advisor** , you will be responsible for executing Baker Hughes **Cordant software projects** , including Asset Health, Asset Strategy, and Process Optimization solutions. **As a Software Project Management Advisor, you will be responsible for:**

**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role, you will:
+ Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
+ Good experience with Asset Performance Management (APM)/IoT (Internet of Things)/Digital Transformation software or similar software project management experience.
+ Bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital and Software Project Management.
+ Be fluent in English and Spanish.
+ Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
+ Possess strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
+ Show proven ability to analyze and resolve complex problems.
+ Demonstrate experience in leading programs and projects successfully.
+ Be capable of planning, documenting, marketing, and executing programs.
+ Have well‑established project management skills.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Project Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for the technical design, development, and implementation of automated material handling solutions for industrial clients.

This role combines project management, technical engineering, and customer coordination , ensuring the successful realization of projects from the RFQ (Request for Quotation) phase through to commissioning, always meeting budget, quality, and timing targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design and development of customized automated material handling systems.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources , ensuring adherence to technical and financial targets.
• Coordinate and review RFQ (Request for Quotation) documentation, preparing detailed cost estimations and feasibility analyses.
• Translate customer requirements into functional system designs and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, software) to ensure alignment across all project stages.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning phases, ensuring compliance with project objectives.
• Serve as a technical interface with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution.
• Identify potential risks and propose corrective or preventive actions during the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) .
• Experience in managing or supporting engineering projects, ideally in automation, intralogistics, or material handling systems .
• Solid knowledge of RFQ processes , cost estimation, and project budgeting.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems design , including integration of automated equipment.
• Excellent communication and organization skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Availability to work on-site in Madrid and occasionally travel internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automated storage systems, conveyors, robotics, or warehouse logistics .
• Familiarity with SAP, AutoCAD, or similar engineering tools .
• Experience managing international projects with multiple stakeholders.

The expected salary range for this position is €35,000–€41,000 gross per annum. However, the final offer will be aligned with the candidate's level of experience, technical capabilities, skills, and the value they can bring to the project.
