K-LAGAN is seeking a Technical Software Project Manager to coordinate software engineering, DevOps, and application security practices across a large distributed international environment. The role bridges technical experts and delivery teams, ensuring prioritization and timely delivery while providing visibility to senior stakeholders.

You will lead cross‑team initiatives, drive CI/CD adoption, organize meetings, manage risks, and report progress to executives.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong technical background in software development environments and delivery lifecycles.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and testing automation concepts.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate software improvement initiatives across multiple international development teams.
• Drive the adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD processes, and software engineering standards.
• Act as the main point of contact between technical experts and distributed delivery teams.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, follow‑up sessions, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively remove blockers.
• Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and executive updates for senior management.

We are looking for a Technical Software Project Manager to join an international environment and lead the adoption of software engineering and DevOps best practices across multiple development teams.

Your Mission

Your mission will be to coordinate, monitor, and drive the implementation of software engineering, DevOps, and application security practices across a large and distributed international environment.

You will act as a key liaison between technical experts and development teams, ensuring initiatives are understood, properly prioritized, and successfully delivered while providing clear visibility to senior stakeholders.

What will you do day to day?

• Lead and coordinate software improvement initiatives across multiple international development teams.
• Drive the adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD processes, and software engineering standards.
• Act as the main point of contact between technical experts and distributed delivery teams.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, follow‑up sessions, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively remove blockers.
• Ensure development teams understand technical requirements and implementation plans.
• Track the execution of agreed actions and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate initiatives related to application security, software quality, testing automation, and configuration management.
• Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and executive updates for senior management.
• Escalate risks, delays, and dependencies when required.
• Promote collaboration and alignment between business, technical, and engineering stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across software delivery processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, or similar role.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong technical background in software development environments.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and delivery lifecycles.
• Experience working with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and testing automation concepts.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and distributed teams.
• Ability to translate technical discussions into actionable plans and clear communications.
• Strong reporting, planning, and follow‑up skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Azure DevOps environments.
• Background in Software Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, or Application Security initiatives.
• Experience coordinating international or multicultural teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to software quality, security remediation, or testing strategies.
• Experience in large‑scale transformation or governance programs.
