You will diagnose complex faults in HVAC, electrical, and controls, oversee preventive maintenance, support commissioning of new systems, and mentor junior technicians while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

About the Role

As a CBRE Hard Services Manager, you will perform specialized engineering and technical services activities. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You'll Do

• Perform specialized building engineering services and resolve complex technical issues.
• Diagnose and repair advanced faults across building systems including HVAC, electrical, and controls.
• Optimize system performance and implement energy efficiency improvements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and compliance documentation.
• Support the commissioning and testing of new equipment and systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Applies general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems
• Has broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function
• Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations
