CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Hard Services Manager to perform specialized engineering and technical services for facility operations in Barcelona.

You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, and control systems, optimize performance, and ensure compliance across maintenance activities. The role requires strong analytical skills, solid knowledge of MS Office, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 3–4 years of job-related experience or combination of experience and education.
• Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, stairs/ladders, and lifting heavy loads.
• Broad understanding of processes, procedures, systems and concepts within the function.
• Ability to evaluate and convey complex content concisely and logically.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Perform specialized building engineering services and resolve complex technical issues.
• Diagnose and repair advanced faults across HVAC, electrical, and controls.
• Optimize system performance and implement energy efficiency improvements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and compliance documentation.
• Support commissioning and testing of new equipment and systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
