ApartEasy in Barcelona is seeking a Guest Relations Specialist to ensure guests have a smooth, memorable stay while keeping properties running seamlessly. This on-site role is part-time or full-time, with a friendly, close-knit team and opportunities to grow within the company.

Responsibilities include managing reservations across platforms, providing guest support, coordinating check-ins/outs, and overseeing cleaning and maintenance between stays.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using PMS, channel managers, and messaging apps.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Flexible to work 1 in every 3 weekends.
• Valid work permit in Spain.

• Manage guest reservations across booking platforms (Airbnb, etc.).
• Provide guest support before, during, and after their stay via chat, email, and phone.
• Coordinate check-in and check-out processes, including remote/self check-in tools.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Schedule and oversee cleaning and maintenance teams between stays.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, incidents, and property status.
• Collaborate with the operations team to improve guest satisfaction and review scores.

About the role

ApartEasy is a Barcelona-based vacation rental management company. We're looking for a proactive, organized, and guest-focused person to join our team as a Guest Relations Specialist, ensuring our guests have a smooth, memorable stay while keeping our properties running seamlessly.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or tourism.
• A third language (French, German, Italian,..)
