ApartEasy is recruiting a Guest Relations Specialist to join our Barcelona-based team. You will manage guest reservations across platforms, assist guests before, during, and after stays, and coordinate check-in/check-out with a focus on smooth, memorable guest experiences.

We value English and Spanish fluency, strong organization, and comfort with PMS and channel management tools. A flexible weekend schedule and a valid Spain work permit are required, with career growth in a hands-on hospitality

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Manage guest reservations across booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
• Provide guest support before, during, and after their stay (via chat, email, and phone).
• Coordinate check-in and check-out processes, including remote/self check-in tools.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Schedule and oversee cleaning and maintenance teams between stays.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, incidents, and property status.
• Collaborate with the operations team to improve guest satisfaction and review scores.

About the role

This is a part/full-time, on-site, job position at ApartEasy.

ApartEasy is a Barcelona-based vacation rental management company. We're looking for a proactive, organized, and guest-focused person to join our team as a Guest Relations Specialist, ensuring our guests have a smooth, memorable stay while keeping our properties running seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest reservations across booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
• Provide guest support before, during, and after their stay (via chat, email, and phone).
• Coordinate check-in and check-out processes, including remote/self check-in tools.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Schedule and oversee cleaning and maintenance teams between stays.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, incidents, and property status.
• Collaborate with the operations team to improve guest satisfaction and review scores.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish.

• Comfortable using digital tools/software (PMS, channel managers, messaging apps)
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work 1 in every 3 weekends (typical in hospitality)
• Valid work permit in Spain.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or tourism.
• A third language (French, German, Italian,..)
