Job summary

Mondrian Ibiza offers an internship program across Mondrian Ibiza and Hyde Ibiza at Cala Llonga, Ibiza. You will support guest services, check-in/check-out, and coordinate special occasions while working with a dynamic team.

Accommodation is included and lunch is served daily. Fluent English and Spanish are required; EU nationality; you are pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality or a related field. A fast-paced, team-oriented environment with development opportunities awaits.

Responsibilities

• Assist with check-in/check-out and greet guests warmly.
• Contact guests to ensure satisfaction (courtesy calls/in-person).
• Coordinate anniversaries, honeymoons, birthdays, and guest preferences.
• Log incidents and collaborate with teams to resolve problems.
• Coordinate housekeeping, room service, maintenance to guest expectations.
• Arrange in-room touches for VIP or returning guests according to protocols.
• Assist with surveys, departure interviews, and review monitoring.
• Record preferences and notes for future stays.

Mondrian Ibiza is a sleek wonderland with 154 guest rooms and highly designed public spaces, including an expansive terrace with bay views.

Hyde Ibiza is a festival-inspired food lovers paradise and showcase for music and nightlife, featuring 401 rooms with natural textures and artisan touches.

Together the properties will have 7 restaurant and bar outlets, ranging from premium sushi and an ocean-to-table Balearic fare, all of them highly programmed.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

• Assist with the check-in/check-out process and provide a warm, personalized greeting.
• Contact guests to ensure everything is to their satisfaction (courtesy calls, in-person visits).
• Coordinate details for anniversaries, honeymoons, birthdays, or specific guest preferences.
• Listen to guest concerns, log incidents, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems promptly.
• Ensure housekeeping, room service, maintenance, etc., are aligned with guest expectations.
• Arrange special in-room touches for VIP or returning guests, following hotel protocols.
• Assist with surveys, departure interviews, and review monitoring on online platforms.
• Record preferences, habits, and useful notes for future stays.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• EU Nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish. Other Languages is a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality or a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different tasks.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
