Village Cinemas is seeking a Guest Experience Attendant to greet guests, assist with tickets and seating, and ensure a memorable visit. You’ll work with site leaders to create a welcoming atmosphere and uphold high service standards.

The role calls for a positive attitude, strong teamwork, and excellent communication. Availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays is required, with a summer seasonal contract from November 2026 to February 2027 and potential for ongoing employment.

About The Role

As a Guest Experience Attendant, you’ll be the face of Village Cinemas, ensuring each guest has a seamless and memorable visit. Reporting to the site senior leaders, you’ll play an essential role in creating an inviting atmosphere. Your responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests with a warm welcome and assisting with ticketing, food and beverage choices, and seating.
• Deliver exceptional service across all stages of the guest journey that keeps guests coming back.
• Keeping our cinemas spotless, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for all.
• Contribute to a safe working environment, report hazard and incidents utilising the OHS system in a timely manner.

About You

We’re looking for positive, friendly individuals who thrive in a team environment and have a passion for creating great guest experiences. While previous customer service experience is helpful, what matters most is:

• Team spirit, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail, strong communication skills and pride in maintaining high standards.
