Village Cinemas is seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to lead daily operations and ensure guests have a seamless, memorable experience. Reporting to site senior leadership, you’ll oversee front-of-house, cash handling, and end-of-shift reconciliation while coaching team members on Service Steps to deliver outstanding service.

You'll manage rosters, uphold cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards, assist with stock movements, and resolve guest escalations with professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee front-of-house operations, venue opening/closing, cash handling, and end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Lead and coach team on Service Steps to deliver top-notch guest service.
• Handle guest needs and resolve escalations professionally.
• Manage rosters, uphold cleanliness/presentation, and ensure OHS/food safety and security standards.
• Support inventory processes and stock movements to maintain presentation standards.
