Village Cinemas is seeking friendly Guest Experience Attendants to join our team in a summer seasonal role. You’ll greet guests, assist with tickets and concessions, and help seat guests while delivering outstanding service that makes every visit memorable.

You’ll work with a team, be part of a culture focused on excellence, and participate in a safe, clean cinema environment with opportunities for growth. Position runs from November 2026 to February 2027.

• Contribute to a safe working environment and report hazards/incidents promptly.

About The Role

As a Guest Experience Attendant, you’ll be the face of Village Cinemas, ensuring each guest has a seamless and memorable visit. Reporting to the site senior leaders, you’ll play an essential role in creating an inviting atmosphere. Your responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests with a warm welcome and assisting with ticketing, food and beverage choices, and seating.
• Deliver exceptional service across all stages of the guest journey that keeps guests coming back.
• Keeping our cinemas spotless, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for all.
• Contribute to a safe working environment, report hazard and incidents utilising the OHS system in a timely manner.

About You

We’re looking for positive, friendly individuals who thrive in a team environment and have a passion for creating great guest experiences. While previous customer service experience is helpful, what matters most is:

• A genuine commitment to guest service and creating memorable moments.
• Team spirit, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail, strong communication skills and pride in maintaining high standards.
